I don't have any pictures yet BUT... I can write what's in it and the responses...
I made this dish last night and to tell you the truth my Hubby wasn't to impressed with it (because he thinks it wasn't enough food) but my 2 year old loved it and so did I.
Here goes:
First on the menu my mince egg bake:
1 onion (chopped)
300g mince (any type)
Salt & Pepper
Little bit of olive oil for frying of onions
1/4 teaspoon of curry powder
3 eggs
First heat the oil in a frying pan, when golden add mince and spices fry until cooked. Spoon into 3 ramakin dishes and break the egg on top, sprinkle with salt and pepper and put it into the oven for about 10 minutes so that the egg can cook.
The cheesy potato bake:
About 1 large potato per ramekin.
Cheese sauce
Margerine or butter
Cheese
Salt and pepper
You have one of two choices here, either slice potatoes or cut into chunks. Cook potatoes in pot of water with little salt. When cooked, spoon potatoes into ramekins and add small blocks of margerine or butter, sprinkle salt & pepper and pour over cheese sauce, then garnish with some cheese, also put in the oven for about 10 minutes and serve....
It's delish... the cheese and marg makes a nice sauce with the potatoes and the salt and pepper just do it.. don't need alot of spices...
